How Assess Treat Record Handles Clinical Information
Assess Treat Record uses clinic-based access controls, clinical change logging, and server-side protections to support clinical information handling.
Clinic-Based Access
Assess Treat Record separates client information by clinic. Users can access clients and clinical notes associated with their clinic.
Within a clinic, authorised team members can access the clinic's shared client records and clinical notes.
Clinical Record Changes
Changes to clinical records are logged, including who made the change and when it occurred.
Where Data Is Hosted and Processed
Bubble hosts the Assess Treat Record application and primary database on Amazon Web Services in the US West (Oregon) region. Sydney, Australia, processes generated documents. Microsoft Azure in Australia East processes speech-to-text dictation. Tidy Notes text is processed in the United States.
Server-Side Processing
Tidy Notes processing runs on the server, not directly in the user's browser. Automated database actions use server-side conditions. Speech-to-text dictation currently connects from the user's browser to Microsoft Azure for processing.
Account Security
Assess Treat Record uses Bubble's authentication system, including secure password handling and email-sent password-reset links. Access to the application's development environment is limited to authorised people who maintain Assess Treat Record.
Backups and Recovery
Bubble maintains database backups and provides restoration tools that authorised administrators can use when required. The available recovery period depends on the current Bubble plan.
Technology and Service Providers
Assess Treat Record uses specialist technology providers to operate different parts of the platform.
- Bubble — application hosting and database.
- APITemplate.io — intake-form PDF generation.
- Anthropic — Tidy Notes processing.
- Microsoft Azure — speech-to-text dictation.
- SendGrid — application email delivery.
- Stripe — Assess Treat Record subscription billing. Stripe does not receive client clinical information through the normal subscription billing process.
Development and Testing
The Assess Treat Record test environment uses made-up test records rather than real client clinical records.
